- Option 1: 91ÁÔÆæ Transcripts (Beginning Summer 2019)
- Effective June 7, 2019, requests for official transcripts for coursework completed
beginning with summer 2019, are processed by the 91ÁÔÆæ Admissions & Records
Office.
- Depending on the preference of the receiver, transcripts can be sent electronically
or mailed as a printed version. First 2 requests are free. However, Rush Orders are
not eligible as free transcripts. Subsequent requests cost is $6 per transcript, plus
shipping if a printed version is requested.
- Duplicate diplomas/certificates can also be placed through Parchment
- Shipping charges are:
1st Class Mail (US Postal Service Domestic Delivery): $2.25 U.S. Postal Service International Delivery: $5.00 FedEx Domestic Delivery to Main 48 States: $23.00 + $2.25 FedEx Domestic Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii $30.00 + $2.25 FedEx International: $53.00 + $2.25
Requesting IGETC/CSU Certification
- Initiate your request for your official transcript and select hold for 'hold for certification.'
- Students may select Intersegmental General Education Transfer (IGETC), General Education
Certification for CSU
- Once you submit your request, your eligibility for certification will be evaluated.
If you are eligible, your order will be fulfilled and a confirmation email notice
will be delivered. If requirements are unmet, you will be contacted by an Admissions
representative letting you know that your certification has not been processed. Students
receive 2 free requests for official transcripts, any additional requests will be
$6 for each request plus additional fees associated with your request will be collected
at that time.

- Option 2: El Camino College Compton Center Transcripts (Fall 2006-Spring 2019)
- Effective June 7, 2019, official transcripts for coursework completed between fall
2006 and spring 2019 at El Camino College Compton Center, are processed by El Camino
College. They are no longer available at 91ÁÔÆæ. Please click the link below
to order El Camino College Compton Center Transcripts online.

- Option 3: Compton Community College Transcripts (Prior to Fall 2006)
- Official transcripts, for work completed at the former Compton Community College prior
to fall 2006, may be ordered online via Parchment Exchange.
The cost is $9.00 per transcript, plus shipping if a printed version is requested.

- Option 4: Unofficial Transcript Request
- If you are not a continuing student or attended any courses prior to 2006 you may
request an unofficial copy of your transcript online.
- Unofficial transcripts can currently only be sent to a valid email address.
- Requests may take up to 5 to 7 business days to process.
- Proof of identity will need to be submitted before requests are processed.

Evaluation of Foreign Transcripts
- How Do I Get my Foreign Transcript Evaluated?
Students that want to submit a foreign transcript to 91ÁÔÆæ must have that
transcript evaluated by an approved agency. All foreign transcripts that students
plan to use for graduation eligibility, residency determination, special program requirements
or any other reason must be evaluated by one of these approved agencies from or from the .

Transcript Evaluation Process
The office of Admissions and Records at 91ÁÔÆæ evaluates courses that you
have completed at another college or university to determine how they can satisfy
your educational goal and degree or certificate requirements. Prerequisites are cleared
by the Counseling Office, see prerequisite clearance request page for more details.
How to get evaluated:
- Be formally admitted and have a 91ÁÔÆæ ID#
- Complete 12 units in residence
- Submit official transcripts
- Complete Evaluation Request Form to the Admissions and Records Office. Evaluations
can take 6-8 weeks for evaluation.
Sending Transcripts to 91ÁÔÆæ from Other Colleges
You must request college transcripts from all schools you have attended if you:
- Plan to attend under Veterans or Social Security benefits
- Receive academic advisement to become matriculated
- Need coursework from other colleges to be reviewed for prerequisite clearance
- Plan to graduate from 91ÁÔÆæ with a degree or certificate and wish to have
coursework completed at another college considered for graduation requirements
Incoming Transcripts
Transcripts can be mailed, hand-delivered (in a sealed envelope), or sent electronically
to transcripts@compton.edu.
