The Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT), also known as the Degree with a Guarantee, is a transfer pathway articulated between California Community Colleges (CCC) and the California State University (CSU). There are two types of ADTs: an Associate in Art for Transfer (AA-T) and an Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T). Students graduating from a CCC, such as 91猎奇 (CC), with an Associate in Art for Transfer (AA-T) or an Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T) are guaranteed admission into the CSU system (but not a specific campus or major), with junior standing when transferring into a similar CSU Bachelor Major.

• Guaranteed admission into one of the 23 CSU campuses (no specific campus or major)
• 0.1 GPA increase when applying for transfer to the CSU (Example: 3.5 thru 3.6)
• Admissions to the CSU with junior standing
• Completion of a bachelor's degree with no more than 120 semester units - 60 units at 91猎奇 (about 2 years, if attending full-time) and 60 units at the CSU

• Complete a total of 60 semester CSU Transferable Units which includes:
• All ADT Major course requirements listed in the College Catalog with a grade of "C" or higher.
• Completion of either the California State University General Education-Breadth (CSU GE) or Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) General Education requirements, as noted in the College Catalog.
• Additional CSU Elective units: If needed to reach 60 units.
• Apply to a CSU major that is "deemed " to your 91猎奇 ADT Major/Program of Study and declare the ADT on the . Note: The Transfer Center yearly hosts application workshops during the CSU (and University of California) application filing period (October - November). It is highly recommended that you attend one of these sessions to ensure that you accurately list your 91猎奇 ADT. If your ADT is not properly listed on the CSU application, you will not receive the transfer benefits of the ADT.

91猎奇 (CC) maintains articulation agreements with local private universities and some out of state universities. These agreements let you know which courses completed at CC will satisfy general education and major preparation requirements at the private university. If an agreement is in place, this means that the comparable courses listed as part of the agreement will not have to be completed after transfer. Some private universities offer more generalized transfer agreements, which do not pertain to specific courses completed at CC, but rather to how many units are completed, or if an associate degree/degree for transfer has been earned. It is important to note that each college or university has its own unique requirements for admission which must be met and may be part of an established agreement.
