Statement of Purpose
Provide a shared framework to develop and monitor the implementation of marketing,
recruitment, and retention plans including the 91ÁÔÆæ 2035 Comprehensive
Master
Plan and the Strategic Enrollment Management Objectives and Strategies. The strategies
will
support the Vision 2030 Goals, maximize the College's Student-Centered Funding Formula
allocation, and align to the College's vision, mission, and goals. The committee will
utilize Full
Time Equivalent Student (FTES) projection data to inform and align enrollment strategies.
Meeting Dates and Location
Third Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm-2:00pm via Zoom.
